General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) – SYLLABES SLU / C-LAB

1. Preliminary Obligations

This document defines the conditions for sales via www.c-lab.bike. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these GTCS, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy. The French version prevails over any translations.

2. Identification

Buyer: Any adult individual with the legal capacity to make a purchase.

3. Purchase Process

  • Selection: The Buyer selects the size and model on the product page.
  • Cart: Adding an item to the cart does not guarantee reservation; it is secured only after payment.
  • Account: Identification or account creation is required to validate the order.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Taxes: Inclusive of VAT for the European Union. Tax-exclusive for the rest of the world (customs duties are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery).
  • Shipping: Calculated based on weight/destination. Free for orders over €175.
  • Payment: Secured by SSL. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and PayPal.

5. Delivery

  • Methods: La Poste (Tracked Letter, Colissimo France, and International).
  • Timeframes: France (2-3 days), EU (3-5 days), International (7-15 days).
  • Restrictions: No delivery to PO boxes, hotels, or military bases.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  • Deadline: 14 calendar days from receipt.
  • Procedure: Contact info@c-lab.bike to obtain a return number.
  • Condition: Products must be new, unused, in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Costs: At the Buyer’s expense, unless there is a shipping error or the product is defective.

7. Warranties and Liability

Products benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty. Normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse are excluded. Images on the site are non-contractual.
